Belous a t\u0103iat demonstrativ \"excesul\". \u00cen proiectul de lege privind bugetul de stat pentru anul 2025 a fost desfiin\u021bat\u0103 clauza privind sus\u021binerea dezvolt\u0103rii centrelor de tineret la nivel local (1,5 milioane de lei), iar finan\u021barea investi\u021biilor de capital \u00een toate institu\u021biile a fost redus\u0103 de la 2.226.944.400 de lei la 2.073.330.300 de lei. Ministerul Finan\u021belor a \"sl\u0103bit\" cu 16 milioane de lei, Ministerul Justi\u021biei \u2013 cu 6 milioane de lei pentru a aloca resurse f\u0103r\u0103 a cre\u0219te oficial
