{"id":5603,"date":"2026-05-30T10:22:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-30T07:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voceamoldovei.org\/?p=5603"},"modified":"2026-05-30T10:22:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-30T07:22:16","slug":"chislennost-detskogo-naseleniya-v-respublike-moldova-prodolzhaet-snizhatsya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voceamoldovei.org\/md\/chislennost-detskogo-naseleniya-v-respublike-moldova-prodolzhaet-snizhatsya\/","title":{"rendered":"Popula\u021bia de copii din Republica Moldova, \u00een sc\u0103dere continu\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biroul Na\u021bional de Statistic\u0103 (BNS) a publicat raportul anual privind situa\u021bia copiilor \u00een Republica Moldova, datele reflect\u00eend o accentuare a declinului demografic \u0219i discrepan\u021be economice majore \u00eentre mediul urban \u0219i cel rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La 1 ianuarie 2025, \u00een \u021bar\u0103 erau \u00eenregistra\u021bi 553,0 mii de copii cu v\u00eersta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 0 \u0219i 17 ani, num\u0103r ce reprezint\u0103 23,2% din totalul popula\u021biei cu re\u0219edin\u021b\u0103 obi\u0219nuit\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform datelor oficiale, \u00een cursul anului 2025 s-au \u00eenregistrat 22,1 mii de n\u0103scu\u021bi-vii, num\u0103r aflat \u00een sc\u0103dere cu 6,6% comparativ cu anul precedent. \u00cen structura nou-n\u0103scu\u021bilor s-a men\u021binut predominarea b\u0103ie\u021bilor, care au constituit 51,2% din total.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raportul eviden\u021biaz\u0103 diferen\u021be clare de comportament demografic \u00een func\u021bie de regiune. V\u00eersta medie a femeilor la prima na\u0219tere a constituit 26,7 ani, \u00eens\u0103 mamele din mediul rural r\u0103m\u00een considerabil mai tinere, \u00eenregistr\u00eend o v\u00eerst\u0103 medie de 24,4 ani, comparativ cu 28,5 ani \u00een cazul femeilor din mediul urban.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Declinul demografic a influen\u021bat direct \u0219i sistemul de educa\u021bie timpurie. La sf\u00eer\u0219itul anului 2025, \u00een institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00eent pre\u0219colar \u0219i antepre\u0219colar erau \u00eenscri\u0219i 122,9 mii de copii, cu 3,4% mai pu\u021bini fa\u021b\u0103 de finele anului 2024, reducerea cea mai sever\u0103 fiind raportat\u0103 \u00een sate (-4,8%).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De\u0219i la nivel na\u021bional gradul mediu de ocupare a institu\u021biilor este de 70 de copii la 100 de locuri, presiunea r\u0103m\u00eene critic\u0103 \u00een ora\u0219e \u0219i \u00een special \u00een Capital\u0103. \u00cen mediul urban, indicatorul ajunge la 89 de copii la 100 de locuri, municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u \u00eenregistr\u00eend cea mai ridicat\u0103 rat\u0103 de aglomerare \u2013 97 de copii la 100 de locuri, urmat de municipiul B\u0103l\u021bi cu 91. La polul opus se afl\u0103 raionul Leova, unde la 100 de locuri revin doar 36 de copii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00eentul primar \u0219i secundar general, \u00een anul de studii 2025\/2026 au fost \u00eenscri\u0219i 334,6 mii de elevi. Statisticile arat\u0103 c\u0103 fetele devin majoritare doar \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00eentul liceal, reprezent\u00eend 55,7% din totalul elevilor din aceast\u0103 treapt\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cercetarea Bugetelor Gospod\u0103riilor Casnice scoate la iveal\u0103 vulnerabilitatea financiar\u0103 a familiilor cu minori. Veniturile medii lunare ale gospod\u0103riilor cu copii au constituit 4.870,8 lei per persoan\u0103, valoare de 1,4 ori mai mic\u0103 dec\u00eet cea a gospod\u0103riilor f\u0103r\u0103 copii. Situa\u021bia se agraveaz\u0103 direct propor\u021bional cu num\u0103rul de minori: dac\u0103 o familie cu un singur copil \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 un venit mediu de 5.750,6 lei lunar per membru, \u00een cazul familiilor cu trei sau mai mul\u021bi copii veniturile coboar\u0103 la 3.423,2 lei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gospod\u0103riile cele mai defavorizate r\u0103m\u00een concentrate \u00een sate, unde se reg\u0103sesc 61,2% din totalul familiilor cu trei sau mai mul\u021bi copii \u0219i 79,8% din num\u0103rul total de 17,4 mii de copii afla\u021bi \u00een situa\u021bii de risc (majoritatea din cauza neglij\u0103rii). Tot \u00een mediul rural se atest\u0103 o rat\u0103 mai mare a familiilor care au cel pu\u021bin un membru plecat la munc\u0103 peste hotare \u2013 14,9%, fa\u021b\u0103 de 8,2% \u00een ora\u0219e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discrepan\u021bele se men\u021bin \u0219i la nivelul condi\u021biilor de trai. \u00cen timp ce \u00een mediul urban peste 98% din gospod\u0103riile cu copii dispun de apeduct \u0219i sisteme de canalizare, \u00een mediul rural doar 64,1% beneficiaz\u0103 de baie sau du\u0219 \u00een interiorul locuin\u021bei, iar accesul la
