{"id":6931,"date":"2026-09-12T12:51:44","date_gmt":"2026-09-12T09:51:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voceamoldovei.org\/?p=6931"},"modified":"2026-09-12T12:51:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-12T09:51:44","slug":"proverki-v-zhivotnovodcheskih-hozyajstvah-vyyavleny-narusheniya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voceamoldovei.org\/md\/proverki-v-zhivotnovodcheskih-hozyajstvah-vyyavleny-narusheniya\/","title":{"rendered":"Controale la exploata\u021biile de animale: \u00cenc\u0103lc\u0103rile g\u0103site"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Siguran\u021ba Alimentelor (ANSA) a verificat, \u00een perioada 8 iunie\u201311 septembrie 2026, peste 18 000 de exploata\u021bii de animale, \u00een cadrul ac\u021biunilor de control privind respectarea cerin\u021belor sanitar-veterinare \u0219i de biosecuritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un rezultat important al ac\u021biunilor de control \u00eel reprezint\u0103 gradul de conformare al de\u021bin\u0103torilor de animale: 76% dintre exploata\u021biile verificate au remediat neconformit\u0103\u021bile constatate \u0219i s-au conformat cerin\u021belor stabilite \u00een prescrip\u021biile medicilor veterinari oficiali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verific\u0103rile au avut drept obiectiv prevenirea \u0219i limitarea r\u0103sp\u00eendirii bolilor la animale, asigurarea condi\u021biilor corespunz\u0103toare de \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i protejarea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii consumatorilor, precum \u0219i combaterea activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een afara cadrului legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u0103surile \u00eentreprinse de de\u021bin\u0103torii de animale contribuie la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i a nivelului de biosecuritate \u00een exploata\u021bii, reduc\u00eend riscul de introducere \u0219i r\u0103sp\u00eendire a bolilor. Totodat\u0103, respectarea cerin\u021belor sanitar-veterinare contribuie la protejarea animalelor \u0219i a activit\u0103\u021bii economice a cresc\u0103torilor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ac\u021biunile de control au vizat exploata\u021bii de animale, transportatori \u0219i colectori, fiind verificate, \u00een principal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-identificarea \u0219i \u00eenregistrarea animalelor;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-documentele care confirm\u0103 provenien\u021ba \u0219i trasabilitatea acestora;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-condi\u021biile de \u00eentre\u021binere;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-respectarea condi\u021biilor sanitar-veterinare \u00een timpul transportului \u0219i al circula\u021biei animalelor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cazul constat\u0103rii unor \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri, ANSA a dispus m\u0103suri \u00een func\u021bie de natura \u0219i gravitatea neconformit\u0103\u021bilor, inclusiv aplicarea sanc\u021biunilor contraven\u021bionale prev\u0103zute de legisla\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Totodat\u0103, \u00een cadrul unei ac\u021biuni recente, desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een comun cu reprezentan\u021bii Inspectoratului Na\u021bional de Patrulare, medicii veterinari oficiali ai ANSA au identificat, \u00een apropierea Pie\u021bei Centrale din municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u, un autovehicul \u00een care erau transportate dou\u0103 semicarcase de bovin\u0103, \u00een condi\u021bii neigienice \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 documente care s\u0103 confirme provenien\u021ba acestora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verific\u0103rile efectuate ulterior la locul de de\u021binere a animalelor, \u00een raionul C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, au constatat peste 25 de bovine, majoritatea neidentificate. La momentul controlului, nu au fost prezentate documente care s\u0103 confirme provenien\u021ba \u0219i trasabilitatea animalelor \u0219i nici documente care s\u0103 ateste autorizarea sanitar-veterinar\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii desf\u0103\u0219urate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Animalele au fost izolate \u0219i plasate \u00een carantin\u0103. ANSA examineaz\u0103 \u00een continuare circumstan\u021bele cazului \u0219i \u00eentreprinde m\u0103surile necesare pentru stabilirea provenien\u021bei \u0219i statutului sanitar-veterinar al acestora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cazul \u00een care nu vor fi prezentate documente \u0219i dovezi care s\u0103 confirme originea, identificarea \u0219i trasabilitatea animalelor, ANSA va dispune m\u0103surile prev\u0103zute de cadrul legal aplicabil, inclusiv, dup\u0103 caz, sacrificarea acestora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANSA \u00eendeamn\u0103 consumatorii s\u0103 procure carne \u0219i alte produse de origine animal\u0103 doar din unit\u0103\u021bi autorizate \u0219i din surse controlate \u0219i s\u0103 evite procurarea acestora din strad\u0103, din portbagaje sau din alte locuri
